Workshops & Classes of Coalesce From Home 2021

Out with the old, in with the new! The New Year that is. Even though we can’t be together out in the desert, we’re ecstatic to be able to announce an offering that is NEW to Coalesce—classes and workshops! We’ve done similar programming during past Coalesce From Home virtual gatherings, but on a much smaller scale. Which is why it’s our pleasure to introduce this new facet of our gathering that we can’t wait to broadcast to you this December 29th through January 1st!

Whether you’re into yoga, or looking to hone your crafting skills - we’ve got something for you! Read the descriptions below about our class and workshops, get the materials you’ll ahead of time if you want follow along, and prepare to learn and do something new!

Can we get a....vibe check?! Join Chelsey from Iris Supportive Services for a few mindful moments during the Coalesce From Home virtual gathering. Her offering will allow you to spend some time checking in with your friends and yourself this New Year's Eve. Reflect on the past year and set intentions for the new one!

YOGA CLASSES

Hatha Mood with Allie G

In this half hour yoga session we will move our body in every direction, pay close attention to our breathing, and focus on feeling great within your skin! You don’t need any yoga experience for Hatha Mood, it’s a practical and intuitive movement method. Please be very cautious if you are recovering from any serious pain or injury. See you on the mat!

BALANCING FREEDOM WITH Jona

Intentional movement has been a lifelong passion for Jona; they first met yoga as a newly developed fitness trainer concentrating on functional movement, or people with limited mobility. The flow during Coalesce From Home will focus on our personal relationship between strength and functional balance. The unity that is Yoga has inspired Jona to think, love and move more universally. They’re involved with grassroots non-profit organizations, like The Hubbard Collective, to highlight and attend to injustices endowed on underrepresented/served QTBIPOC communities. Let's flow together into the New Year!

MINDFUL FLOW WITH REIKA

Explore the subtleties within your practice as you flow with greater awareness through this mindful yoga class. This yoga flow will move at a slightly slower pace with more emphasis on learning alignment and reconnecting back with your body. Expect a thoughtful yoga flow where we allow space to be with your thoughts, breaths, and physical sensations as we mindfully transition from posture to posture.
